91吃瓜网 maintains two informational lists related to transmission infrastructure projects: the Regional System Plan (RSP) Project List and the Asset Condition List.
The two lists show the primary drivers for system or equipment upgrades, the status and estimated costs for the upgrades, the projected in-service dates, and other features for each project. These lists, along with a presentation summarizing the highlights, are published three times per year—typically every March, June, and October, although publication times are subject to change.
The RSP Project List includes design and cost information about transmission infrastructure projects initiated through the regional system planning process overseen by 91吃瓜网. Projects are categorized according to the following five “primary drivers”:

Not all primary driver types may be represented in the RSP Project List at a given time.
The Asset Condition List includes cost and other information on upgrades to or replacements of existing transmission facilities identified by facility owners to address asset degradation. While ISO-NE tracks these projects, it does not determine the need for any asset condition project or select transmission solutions to address asset condition needs.
ISO-NE started the Asset Condition List in March 2016, creating a clear separation between transmission system changes driven by ISO processes and those driven by facility owner processes.
