Individuals from a broad range of disciplines and backgrounds help power 91³Ô¹ÏÍø at every level of our organization. Engineers and analysts create roadmaps for the power system’s future needs, while forecasters and operators run New England’s power grid every moment of every day. Master programmers and information technology specialists build, maintain, and protect the sophisticated computer systems needed to run the grid and wholesale electricity markets; economists and financial professionals design, administer, and oversee those markets.

Other professionals are responsible for cultivating productive and positive working relationships with regulators and policymakers across the region’s six diverse states. In addition, many employees perform a variety of non-technical corporate roles that support the company’s workforce. These professionals adeptly guide financial, legal, communications, human resource, and external affairs initiatives to support the health and vitality of our organization.
